Samantha Townsend is a public relations consultant at CROOK with experience in the finance, property, travel, aged care and childcare industries. She has particular expertise in the franchising sector.

Samantha's role involves media liaison, drafting and distributing press releases, strategy implementation, issues management and corporate communications. She also manages the accounts of a number of clients.

Samantha has a background in community newspaper journalism and was the local government reporter at a Fairfax publication in the Redland Shire for five years. Prior to this, she worked at regional papers in the Lockyer Valley and Ipswich.
