Operations and Events Manager

Esna Louwrens joined CROOK in 2006 and currently holds the dual role of Operations and Events Manager.
 
Operations Manager duties and responsibilities include managing company finances and reporting, ensuring availability of IT infrastructure and applications, human resources and client relations. Esna’s hands-on experience and strong technical aptitude help ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of CROOK’s operations.
 
As Events Manager, she plays a key role in identifying and driving growth opportunities for the company. Esna's role involves taking events - from VIP corporate functions to extravaganzas with over 1000 guests - from basic planning stages to full execution.  Esna’s attention to detail and professionalism are hallmarks of all her projects.  Former functions include corporate networking, golf days, press conferences, cocktail receptions, gala dinners, town hall-style meetings and corporate filming.
 
Previously Esna worked for Global Ethanol Limited (Australia & USA), where she assisted the senior executives taking the company to IPO.  She also worked for St. James's Place Partnership (formally known as J. Rothschild Assurance), a blue-chip wealth management group in London, for eight years managing financial dealings between clients and financial institutions. Furthermore, she was an employee of Financial Lifestyle Management (London UK) where she took up the role of Business Development Manager for a year before arriving in Australia in 2006.
