Dance the night away to benefit Cystic Fibrosis

Experience an unforgettable night at the 24th Annual Cystic Fibrosis Queensland Ball next month.

Join guests from the corporate, entertainment and sporting worlds for a night of music, dance, entertainment, food and wine at Breathless, The Cystic Fibrosis Queensland 2013 Ball.

Promising to be bigger and better than ever before, the ball will be held in the Great Hall of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday, March 16, 2013.

Cystic Fibrosis Queensland CEO Jane Andersen said she expected tickets to sell out fast.

“Thanks to Brisbane’s support over the past 24 years, tickets to the annual Cystic Fibrosis Ball have become some of the most sought after items on the social calendar. Not only is the ball an exciting and glamorous evening, it’s a wonderful way to give back to the community,” she said.

This premier event in Brisbane’s social calendar will be led by Channel 9 personalities Andrew Lofthouse and Davina Smith. The night will also feature guest speakers Coen Ashton, a double lung transplant recipient, and his mother Dawn.

Guests will enjoy a three course meal, premium beer and wines while experiencing an exclusive performance from Expression Dance Studio. The main entertainment is always a highlight of this event and 2013 will be no exception with surprises and breathtaking moments assured.

Once again our famous live and silent auctions will be a highlight of the evening. Whether you are interested in an overseas skiing holiday, an exclusive dinner at Moda Restaurant or Corporate Boxes at special sporting events with a local sporting hero, the Breathless Ball is where you will find these unique packages. Renowned jeweller Hardy Brothers will also be donating a $5000 raffle prize.

All funds raised on the night will go towards Cystic Fibrosis Queensland, which provides counselling and support services to the 850 Queenslanders living with cystic fibrosis and their families.

Major sponsor Devine invited members of the business community to get involved.

Devine CEO David Keir said Cystic Fibrosis Queensland was continuing to make a difference in the lives of thousands of Queenslanders and needed everyone’s support.

“Cystic Fibrosis Queensland delivers vital services for people diagnosed with CF and their families, including counselling, equipment, physiotherapy and accommodation, hospital transfers, advocacy and education. It’s imperative that we can raise more awareness of this important organisation.”

Tickets are $195 and Corporate Tables are available.
